What you can write to us about
- Corrections: a step that didn’t match what you saw, or something out of date. Please include the page address and your device or software version.
- Suggestions: a problem we haven’t covered, or a question a guide didn’t answer.
- Accessibility: any part of the site that is hard to use with your device or assistive technology.
- Privacy requests: questions about personal information you have sent us by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how these are handled.
What we can’t help with
EasyRepairGuide is an independent educational website, so we are not able to:
- repair a device, connect to your computer remotely or troubleshoot your specific machine one-to-one;
- provide drivers, software or product keys;
- handle warranty claims, orders or support cases for any manufacturer.
For help with a specific product, contact the manufacturer through the support page on its official website.
Before you send
Please never include passwords, Wi-Fi passwords, product keys, recovery codes or payment details in your email. We will never ask for them, and we will never ask to connect to your computer. If someone claiming to be us does, it is a scam.
